Process for Board Development
Our Board Development Programme is designed to guide boards through a structured journey of diagnosis, transformation and evaluation, ensuring measurable progress within a defined timeframe.
Diagnose and Plan (Months 1–3)
Assess (Pre):
Boards undergo a diagnostic assessment with a Board Advisor/Consultant to define key challenges.
Analyse:
The Advisor/Consultant interprets findings, formulates an advisory brief and designs a tailored intervention plan.
Advise:
Findings and recommendations are shared with a clear roadmap to prioritise transformation.
Transform and Evaluate
(Months 4–12)
Transform:
Boards implement transformation plans in collaboration with their servicing Advisor/Consultant.
Evaluate (Post):
A second Board Evaluation measures progress, outcomes and overall impact.
Programme Duration: 8–12 months
