SID-IoD Accelerated Certificate in Company Direction
The Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) in collaboration with the Institute of Directors UK (IoD) is pleased to launch the Accelerated Certificate in Company Direction Programme in Singapore. This marks IoD’s inaugural collaboration with an Asian director institute to bring world-class board education closer to directors based in the region.

Vietstar International Directors Programme
Since 2022, VIETSTAR Institute of Management and the Singapore Institute of Directors have partnered to deliver the International Board of Directors Program in Vietnam, training over 70 senior leaders from leading corporations. Building on this foundation, the International Directors Programme offers advanced governance content for boards, C‑suite executives, and senior leaders, helping them to address local realities while aligning with global standards.
IBF Cambodia Accredited Director Program
Launched in 2025 by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) in partnership with the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), the ADP is Cambodia’s first directorship training programme leading to eligibility for the SID Accredited Examination. With 11 modules – six tailored to the Cambodian context and five core modules delivered by SID – the programme blends international standards with local relevance, equipping directors to strengthen boardroom effectiveness and navigate emerging challenges with confidence.
Vietnam-Singapore Board Forum
Established in 2021, the Vietnam–Singapore Board Forum (VSBF) convenes board members, C-suite leaders and thought leaders from Vietnam, Singapore and beyond to exchange perspectives on corporate governance and sustainability. From 2026, VIETSTAR Institute of Management and Consulting (VIETSTAR) and Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Board Academy deepen their partnership as comprehensive strategic partners in co-organising VSBF.
