Ms Joy Tan serves on the executive committee of WongPartnership and is co-head of the commercial and corporate disputes practice and corporate governance and compliance practice. She also leads the firm’s corporate and regulatory investigations practice. Ms Tan sits on the panel of arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Law Society of Singapore’s disciplinary tribunal.

She is a member of the complaints and disciplinary panel of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. She also sits on the Singapore Chapter board of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists and chairs the Appeals Board of the Council of Estate Agencies. An SID senior accredited director, Ms Tan serves on for-profit and nonprofit boards.
