Ms Kay Pang is an independent director and lawyer with more than 25 years of experience across Asia, Europe and the US. She serves on SGX-listed and nonprofit boards, contributing to audit, risk, nominating, remuneration and finance and investment committees.

She is CEO and managing director of Kay Pang Law Practice, and previously held senior leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, Schneider Electric, VMware-Broadcom and Cloudera, practised law with Allen & Overy and Drew & Napier. A barrister-at-law (England and Wales) and advocate and solicitor (Singapore), she is also a senior accredited director with SID, with expertise in governance, technology and sustainability.
