Ee Xuan supports the planning, coordination and delivery of board and director development programmes at the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Board Academy. She assists with programme operations and works closely with internal and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

Prior to joining SID, Ee Xuan interned at Workforce Singapore, where she gained experience supporting programme management and stakeholder coordination.

Ee Xuan holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
