Felicia Foo works closely with organisations to shape and deliver bespoke board development initiatives that support stronger governance and board effectiveness through the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Board Academy.

Prior to joining the Board Academy, she was part of SID’s Professional Development team, where she launched, scaled and managed flagship programmes, including the SID Board Readiness Programme and Chairperson Accelerator Programme, alongside a broad portfolio of director education initiatives. Working closely with senior faculty, the director community and strategic partners has provided her a strong foundation for developing and delivering solutions that address the evolving needs of boards and directors.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Singapore Management University.
