Jasmine Loh leads the design and delivery of customised board and director development programmes at the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Board Academy, She focuses on strengthening board effectiveness through governance frameworks, capability building and structured learning, including partner programmes.

She has helped develop and strengthen SID’s customised and accreditation-related programmes, working closely with boards, company secretaries and institutional partners. Jasmine has led board and director programmes across Southeast Asia and international markets, engaging listed companies, multinational organisations, and public-sector institutions.

Jasmine holds a degree in Politics, Law and Economics from Singapore Management University.
