Jia Xin supports the planning, coordination and delivery of board and director development programmes at the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Board Academy. She manages programme operations, provides client support, and liaises with faculty members, internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and a positive learning experience.

She previously gained programme administration experience at Nanyang Technological University, which informs her current role in managing board initiatives.

Jia Xin holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Chinese as an International Language from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Chinese Studies from Xiamen University.
