Keith Qian oversees the SID Board Academy, in addition to managing SID’s accreditation framework and professional development portfolio as Vice President, Accreditation and Professional Development. As Board Programme Director at the Academy, he helps shape ‘whole-of-board’ programmes that strengthen governance capability and board effectiveness.

Prior to SID, Keith served as Director, Assessment & Knowledge at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), where he led the development of the national HR certification examination, skills credentialing frameworks and the Human Capital Diagnostic Tool. Beyond his executive role, Keith serves on the HR Board Committee of the Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC). 

Keith holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Nottingham.
