About the Programme
Established in 2021, the Vietnam–Singapore Board Forum (VSBF) convenes board members, C-suite leaders and thought leaders from Vietnam, Singapore and beyond to exchange perspectives on corporate governance and sustainability. From 2026, VIETSTAR Institute of Management and Consulting (VIETSTAR) and Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Board Academy deepen their partnership as comprehensive strategic partners in co-organising VSBF.
VSBF 2026 focuses on a core leadership challenge: navigating the intersection of sustainability goals and technological disruption, moving beyond awareness to the operationalisation of value—particularly amidst uncertainty in funding and executing green transitions.

Site visit to Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) in Hai Phong

Day 2 (26 June) – VSBF Main Forum (Ha Long Bay)
Main conference day in FLC Convention Centre, Ha Long Bay
Day 3 (27 June) – Roundtable & Networking (Ha Long Bay)

Who Should Attend
This programme is designed for Policy makers, State management agencies, Board of Directors, C-Suite Executives, Senior Managers and Consultants.
Investment
The following fees are inclusive of accommodation at Vinpearl Ha Long Bay from 25 June to 27 June, along with all meals during the programme. Flight tickets are excluded from the fees and all participants are required to make their own arrangements for flights.
SID members: S$2,725 (incl. 9% GST)
Non-members: S$3,270 (incl. 9% GST)
